Mail Service

Tenant Mailbox Locations

Upon notification to the post office, each tenant will be assigned a mailbox and receive two keys. Mailbox locations are on the Ground Floor off of the Lobby.

Incoming Mail

Incoming mail should be addressed as follows:

Mail Delivery

Mail delivery will commence once the U.S. Postal Service has been notified of and has processed your change of address. Upon move-in, each tenant is assigned a mailbox (located in your building's mail delivery area) along with two mailbox keys.

Pick-Up/Delivery Hours Monday thru Friday

U.S. Mail pick up: 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
UPS pick up: 6:30 p.m.
Fedex pick up: 7:00 p.m.

Deliveries

In order to maintain a clear and well-organized delivery area, and to ensure the most efficient delivery of larger items, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. All regular deliveries to 3535 Market Street will be made through the service lobby areas where provided. DELIVERIES ARE NOT PERMITTED THROUGH THE MAIN LOBBY ENTRANCES ON THE GROUND FLOOR. All deliveries will be made utilizing the service elevators. Use of passenger elevator equipment is prohibited.
  2. Absolutely no deliveries will be left on the loading docks, sidewalks, in front of the building, in the building lobbies, elevator lobbies or building corridors.
  3. Please notify the Management Office 24 hours in advance of any delivery requiring the use of an elevator for longer than 30 minutes.
  4. Delivery vehicles should not be left unattended for longer than 30 minutes.
  5. Delivery vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the premises overnight.
