Security

Security guard service is provided 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

Allied Barton also conducts patrols of the property throughout the night, handles all after-hours calls to the Management Office and can reach an on-call Property Manager or Building Engineer in the case of an emergency.

Your cooperation is asked in observing the following safety guidelines:

  1. Contact the Management Office or security if you have an emergency.
  2. Notify the Management Office of loiterers or suspicious persons in corridors or washrooms.
  3. Report solicitors to security or the Management Office.
  4. Always lock your suite when there is no one in the office --- even if you've just stepped out for a moment.
  5. Keep corridor doors closed at all times.
  6. Do not leave personal valuables unguarded in reception areas, on desk tops or in unlocked drawers.
  7. Request a security escort to your car if you leave the building after dark.
  8. Refrain from using the stairways except in emergency situations.
  9. Copy and distribute safety guidelines to all of your employees.
  10. Notify the Management Office of any crimes after you have notified the police.
  11. Collect keys from employees who have resigned or have been terminated from your firm. Notify the Management Office to reissue or cancel access cards when employees leave your company.
  12. Please notify the Management Office if you have installed an alarm system and complete the Post Move-In Tenant Information Form (opens in new window).
  13. While protection personnel are available to respond to emergencies, their primary purpose is to protect the buildings and property of 3535 Market Street. We cannot be responsible for the security of your property or furnishings. Although the presence of protection personnel may deter theft and vandalism, they do not have the authority to apprehend and arrest suspects.
