Weekends and Holidays: Closed

To ensure the safety of Tenants requiring access to the building after normal business hours, 3535 Market Street is equipped with access door monitoring systems. The building security system controls the front and rear entrance doors. This system is automatically activated at a pre-determined closing time, and automatically de-activated at a subsequent opening time. The following information and guidelines will assist you in accessing the building after-hours.

Building Hours

Typically, building lobby doors are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday; and closed on Sunday and holidays.

Building access cards may be obtained from the Management Office. Replacements for lost cards are available for a fee of $25 per card.
