In accordance with your lease and for the protection of all tenants and guests of 3535 Market Street, please adhere to the following parking rules and regulations:

1. Reserved Parking is available as stated in your lease. A designated numbered space will be assigned to each parking tenant. Charges may apply.
2. Please phone the Management Office if you observe damage or any hazards in the parking areas.
3. Remember to always lock your vehicle and remove any valuables including cellular phones. Building Management is not responsible for any damages to or theft from your vehicle.
4. Metered Parking is available for tenants and visitors on Market and 36th Streets.
5. Please observe all directional and stop signs and speed limits throughout the parking area.
6. Do not park illegally or in fire lanes. Cars parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
7. Overnight parking is not normally permitted. If it is necessary to park a vehicle overnight, please advise the Management Office in advance.
8. Trailers and towed vehicles are not permitted in the parking areas.
9. Handicapped spaces are reserved for disabled persons only and are monitored regularly.
