Rent Payment

As a courtesy, a monthly statement or invoice for rent will be mailed for your records. However, rent is due and payable on the first day of each month and should not be held pending receipt of such statement or invoice. Please contact the Management Office for more information at (215) 387-5502.

Remittance for rent and above-standard services should be made payable to:

Above Standard Service Billing

Tenants will be billed for above-standard services such as overtime HVAC depending upon your lease, suite keys, access cards, and above-standard electrical or plumbing requests. A 10% tenant coordination fee for administrative and overhead costs will be added to the direct costs with the exception of OVERTIME HVAC. A separate invoice will be prepared for each service provided. Terms of payment will be listed on the invoice.

Attention tenants, our on-line payment portal is not set up to accept partial payments. We will be happy to receive your on-line payments for the full monthly charges, but if you find it necessary to make a partial payment, please pay by check to the appropriate lockbox address. We apologize for the inconvenience.
